Refund & Returns Policy
We have a 30 day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase will also be required.
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@couchcloudco.com. If your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item. It is your responsibility to pay for return shipping.
Please note that returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or you have received the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible at support@couchcloudco.com so we can assess the issue and provide a suitable resolution.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original item for a refund (subject to approval) and place a new order.
Non Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
• Custom or personalised products
• Gift cards
• Sale or clearance items

European Union 14 Day Cooling Off Period
For orders shipped to countries within the European Union, customers have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days of receiving the goods, for any reason and without justification.
Returned items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
